Idea of the day. Dagoma - Toy Rescue Case Study
TBWA/ Paris
"The Toy Rescue campaign enables Dagoma to showcase the value of 3D printing technology. Instead of positioning a 3D printer as an expense, the campaign shows how it can help people create less waste and stop them buying more toys. By creating a network to help people who don’t have access to a 3D printer print the part, Dagoma is also weaponising its audience of existing customers, turning them into advocates for the brand and the technology."
Previously, Dagoma and TBWA Paris worked together to tackle gun violence and the sale of 3D-developed black market guns by creating blueprints for weapons that were purposely faulty. For both this campaign and the Toy Rescue campaign, Dagoma relied on its community to bolster the initiatives.
