Cause of the day. Million American Jobs Project - starring Alex Bogusky.

Economics isn't all that complicated. We can create a million new American jobs this year by simply looking for the Made In America label. If each of us takes a tiny fraction of the money we're already spending and buys US-made goods, we'll create a economic tidal wave. Watch the video, and then share it with at least two people. Boom, you just helped make a million new jobs.

Promo of the day. BBC Radio 2 - Radio 2's Darkside Teaser.

"Aardman Animations has produced an epic and evocative set of videos for a BBC Radio 2 play celebrating the 40th anniversary of Pink Floyd's The Dark Side Of The Moon album. Dark Side, which will air on August 26, is a fantastical and psychedelic radio drama written by Tom Stoppard, based on themes from the album, and Aardman has created a three-minute promotional film as well as an extended looped film to complement the audio experience online." Read more at creativereview.co.uk

Watch a special animated trail for a new drama based on the themes of Pink Floyd's classic The Dark Side of the Moon album.

You can hear this fantastical story in full on Bank Holiday Monday 26 August 2013, 10pm, on BBC Radio 2 and at http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b038xr3n

Legendary playwright Sir Tom Stoppard has penned this drama, which features Bill Nighy, Rufus Sewell and Adrian Scarborough, with the lead roles played by Olivier Award-winning Iwan Rheon (Misfits) and stage actress Amaka Okafor (The Garbage King).

The visuals have been created by Aardman Animations of Wallace and Gromit fame.
