Weird ad of the day. Hangover is over.

Russia is a country, where people are used to drink a lot and often suffer from hangover. Usually they try to treat it with beer or medicine.

And there is kvass, a traditional Slavic drink that is prepared on the basis of fermentation of flour and malt. The taste is very similar to the beer, but the volume fraction of ethyl alcohol does not exceed 1.2%.

So kvass is the best cure for a hangover, though Russians often forget about it.

In the advertising campaign, we decided to demonstrate, that kvass will help you in the morning after any wildest party.

Ad of the day. "Live True" Dewar's White Label.

via MAA
Text: So you want to be a writer?, Charles Bukowski
Original Music: Hanan Townshend
It always happens eventually. Maybe when you're 20, 25 or 30. There comes a time in life when we all have to choose the path to take. And everyone tells us what we should do. Our parents, our teachers, our bosses…
Dewar’s isn't like that. Dewar’s tells us to choose the path that leads us to what we like, to what we've been made for. That's the true meaning of success. No-one should tell us how to live or what to do. We should only remember that, when the time comes, when we look back, we must ask ourselves one question: how much of me is left in me? And we mustn't regret the answer.
Many are already making their way on the paths they've chosen. They're young people with a story to tell, a life that can inspire many others. They're the stars of Dewar's first global campaign. Livetrue is a message, a platform, a true story, an inspiration, a label for the lives of those who've turned their passion into their driving force.

Ad of the day. Sony 4K - Four times the detail - Volcano.

via MAA

McCann London

The new advert from Sony showcases our 4K Ultra HD - delivering four times the detail of Full HD TV for the ultimate picture quality. Around 8 million petals were used to symbolise the beautiful 8 million pixel display, only possible with 4K TV.

At an eye-popping resolution of 3840 x 2160, the detail's so sharp and clear the viewer is immersed in the realism. As flowers erupt majestically from a volcano and sweep through Costa Rica's vibrant landscape, the ad conveys the emotional power of seeing Ultra HD for the first time and experiencing the deeper, more natural tones of the unique TRILUMINOS Display showing more of the colour spectrum.

Everything was shot in 4K with Sony's revolutionary F55 and F65 cameras, as used on movies Oblivion and After Earth.

Director Jaron Albertin said, "I was really excited to be shooting this ad in 4K in such an amazing location... when I saw the final footage, I was stunned - it just produces really amazing, detailed images... you can see the tiniest detail."
