Cool stuff of the day. Introducing Bond - by Heineken

"Beer company wants you to slow down, enjoy the finer points of life". "“Spark Your Holidays” is a digital campaign collaboration by Heineken, Geometry Global, and technology platformBond. On the campaign website, users enter a 400-character message and destination/return addresses; Bond transcribes the message using a handwriting robot. Unlike a traditional printer, the robot physically moves a pen back-and-forth to mimic personalized script. The “hand”written note is physically mailed to the recipient’s address, as sponsored by Heineken." Read more at psfk.com

This year’s Christmas ad from Sainsbury’s – Christmas is for sharing. Made in partnership with The Royal British Legion, it commemorates the extraordinary events of Christmas Day, 1914, when the guns fell silent and two armies met in no-man’s land, sharing gifts – and even playing football together. 

The chocolate bar featured in the ad is on sale now at Sainsbury’s. All profits (50p per bar) will go to The Royal British Legion and will benefit our armed forces and their families, past and present.

For his first foray into making a short film, Kevin Frilet did not plump for the easy road. He shot Under in a pool within the suburbs of Paris, casting friends, family and acquaintances aged seven to 77, most of whom had never dived before .
